The Role
The Admissions Officer is responsible for all admissions processes from the point of first receiving applications through to enrolment and has responsibility for all selection activities for programs offered at RMIT Vietnam. Admissions Officer has a sound understanding of University entry requirements and work closely with local recruitment and enrolment staff, as well as academic credit staff and other relevant staff, to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Job Description
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or related field.
- At least two years of experience in a customer service environment with a strong requirement for a customer orientated approach and high-level admin support, ideally in an education environment.
- Prior experience and confidence of working with diverse processes, systems and data bases.
- Strong experience in delivering excellent customer service across a wide range of internal and external customers
- Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to set priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing information and able to work with confidential information.
- Ability to work on own initiative and work under pressure.
- Proficient use of standard office software, such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
