We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Team Leader – WSB.

Principal Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Country Head of Large Corporate, the jobholder formulates strategies, planning, directing, controlling and managing all aspect of Local Large Corporate (LC) in the North Market within the framework of WSB Vietnam’s Strategic Plan.

The Team Leader - LC North role manages a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) serving local large customers and is responsible for managing and coaching the team in delivering business objectives at a team level. Manage the LC North Team in order to grow WSB Vietnam’s market share by delivering LC Strategy, including protecting and growing share of wallet of existing customers and acquiring new client relationships.

Business Impact:

Responsible for formulating the LC strategy and leading the LC team to achieve the financial & non-financial targets. Promoting HSBC franchise and enhance our position as trusted advisor to the top tier LC clients. Penetrating and growing strategic wallets from LC segment.

Risk Management:

Ensure to grow LC business in a sustainable manner & protect the bank from any potential losses.

People Management & Leadership

Responsible to develop a competent LC team

Qualifications

Over 10 year working experience in Multi-national banks;

Proven Track record in onboarding new clients;

Ability to work in a matrixed organization;

More than 5 years experience in LC business;

Fluent oral and written Vietnamese and English.
