KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

• Graduate from a prestige university in HRM, Business or related field.
• 05 years of HR experience or equivalent in a sophisticated diverse environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.

- Critical competencies needed: Cultural sensitivity, Communication, Critical thinking, Achievement oriented, - Adaptability, Digital literacy, Discipline and Resilience.

• Knowledge of labor code and work permit/visa for foreign employees is an advantage.
