This is an internal role for NodeFlair.
Your role:
- Increase User and Traffic: Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and increase website traffic specifically in the Vietnamese market.
- Conduct Small Experiments: Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity by running small experiments on a weekly basis to identify successful growth tactics. Continuously iterate and double down on strategies that yield positive results.
- Content Marketing: Possess a strong understanding of content marketing principles and leverage them to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences. Create compelling content that resonates with the Vietnamese market.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Vietnamese market. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential target segments.
- Zero Guidance Initiative: Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to achieving growth objectives. Show willingness to take ownership and grow initiatives from scratch, even in the absence of explicit guidance.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in Growth Marketing in the Vietnamese market.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation. Comfortable working with tools such as Google Analytics
- Content Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with content marketing principles, SEO strategies, and social media marketing. Ability to leverage content to drive growth and engagement.
- Language Proficiency: Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal.
