ELECTRONICS PROGRAMMER
This position holder does the process of designing, writing, testing, debugging and maintaining the source code of the system that produces a certain desired customization.
Job Description:
Ø Designing, inspecting, testing and updating electronic systems, components, equipment and software
Ø Liaising staffs (IT and Technical), other staffs/business units/clients to ensure quality systems specifications
Ø Ensuring equipment and systems meet regulations
Ø Developing effective maintenance, testing, quality control procedures
Ø Showing initiative and keeping up with advancements in programming and electronics
Ø Writing specifications, instructions, reports and handling other required administrative duties
Requirements:
Ø Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar qualification of relevant working experience (minimum 1 year experience)
Ø Experience in IoT hardware solutions, cloud platform development and IoT security best practices
Ø Solid programming skills in relation to hardware firmware and software platform including Python, C, C++ and JavaScript
Ø Experience with embedded systems and OS environments such as RTOS, Linux, Android, Android, Raspberry Pi, Atmel or Arduino
Ø Experience in communication protocols including I2C, SPI, CAN bus, Modbus, TCP/IP and MQTT
Ø Familiarity with fixed and RF networking technologies including LAN, WLAN, Bluetooth, LoRa, NB-IoT and 4G/5G
Ø Experience with PCB Design Software is an advantage
Ø Passionate about learning and staying updated in emerging IOT, IR4.0 trends and technologies
Ø Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Ø Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
