- Manage tasks of the customer service team.
- Draft the notices and dispatches to respond to customers.
- Manage, inspect, and assess the service quality, property status.
- Make periodic/arising reports, record documents.
- Coordinate with other departments of the company to handle issues related to customers and residents.
- Manage the handover process.
- Manage outsourced service contractors.
- Perform tasks as requested by the Manager.
