  • Job Description:
  • Manage tasks of the customer service team.
  • Draft the notices and dispatches to respond to customers.
  • Manage, inspect, and assess the service quality, property status.
  • Make periodic/arising reports, record documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments of the company to handle issues related to customers and residents.
  • Manage the handover process.
  • Manage outsourced service contractors.
  • Perform tasks as requested by the Manager.
