Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry.We're looking for a highly-motivated Sales Director to grow and establish a presence in Vietnam. The role will focus on the acquisition and growth of new accounts for our Tier one Advertiser and Publisher clients. This requires the development and management of key relationships across brands and agencies in the market. The role is tasked with developing and executing new account prospecting and expansion strategies, as well as being a consultative partner to existing and future clients.
What you'll get to do:
- Strategically grow IAS revenue and account base through prospecting and signing of named accounts
- Secure and grow revenue from existing tier 1 advertisers
- Develop relationships with key digital/social agencies and their brands by aligning their needs to the opportunities presented and value added by IAS solutions
- Ensure the business has visibility of where and when revenue can be expected from your account base
- Speak at industry events about the importance of media quality
- Partner closely with the Customer Success, Client Services, Marketing and Product Management teams to maintain a high-level of understanding regarding the digital advertising landscape, the needs of our target market and the distinct value delivered by the IAS product offerings

Who you are and what you have:
- 8+ years of experience selling to large agencies and brands across Vietnam
- History of building strong, trusting collaborative relationships with key senior level stakeholders
- Self-starter, to grow existing sales opportunities and source new sales opportunities
- Experience leading client meetings, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
- Track record of owning customer relationships and overseeing the entire sales lifecycle of the client.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance and retention goals
- Extensive knowledge of the ad tech landscape
- Native speaker with fluent English skills to deal with local clients in Vietnam and execute globally
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
